~Each Package Includes~
A Stress free day for the bride and groom
Unlimited access with the wedding coordinator via phone (including long distance) and e-mail.
Unlimited meetings with coordinator to discuss the wedding details
 
 
~Services~
 
  • Personalized timelines for wedding and/or reception
 
  • Select a color scheme, theme and style of the wedding
 
  • Select and book the wedding and/or reception venues
 
  • Contact person to officiate and reserve the wedding ceremony date and time
 
  • Follow-up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1- 2 weeks and one (1) day prior to the wedding with updates to the couple
 
  • Attendance at the vendor’s appointments of your choice (florist, caterer, DJ, photographer, cake designer, reception location and etc.)
 
  • Attendance and direction at the wedding rehearsal (2 hours)
 
  • Final walk-through of reception venue before wedding
 
  • Make sure wedding ceremony and reception areas are set up as you have planned
 
  • Attendance, overseeing, and directing the wedding ceremony and reception (up to 9 hours)
 
  • Coordinate transportation for the couple and wedding party
 
  • Reserve hotel accommodations for out-of-town guests
 
  • Payment of vendor balances and/or tips distributed as requested
 
  • Hair and make-up schedule for bride and/or bridal party
 
  • Assist the bride and wedding party the day of the wedding in the dressing rooms
 
  • Organize and distribute all personal flowers at the wedding ceremony
 
  • Ensure that all personal items (gifts, bouquet, and etc) are delivered to the bride and groom at a pre-arranged location

  • Will Travel...for destination weddings couple will have to cover travel and lodging expenses for the coordinator. We will book our own airfare, hotel and local transportation directly and factor it in with the wedding package. We are very sensitive to the couple's budget and will find the most cost-efficient travel accommodations available.
